We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time for any purchases made online. We will only allow it if the item is damaged upon arrival.

  • We will accept returns or exhanges on merchandise/retail in its original unused condition.
  • We do not accept any returns without any valid reasons.

Universeways does not take any responsible of any lost or damaged items caused by individuals. If the product is damaged or missing during shipping service, please reach out to us no longer than 5 days of your delivered date. Please reach out to CONTACT US with your tracking number.

All sales are final on customized and discounted/sale items and no returns will be accepted.
