I don't see products that I want, Can I reach out to make custom products?
Yes, you can contact us at contact@universeways.com to inquire your custom products.
I missed my order and the product is sold out. When there will be restock?
Don't worry! If the product is sold out, we will make sure to restock the products as soon as possible. Be sure to subscribe our emails to catch our restocked products.
Can you ship products outside of New York?
Absolutely! You can check out your order as you wish in the U.S. For international, we currently do not offer international shipping options yet but we will add international shipping options as soon as possible.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! We do offer bulk orders. Please reach out to contact@universeways.com with "Bulk Order"

Did my order ship? Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive order confirmation and tracking number emails within 24hours.
How much is shipping cost?
Shipping cost may vary depending on the total weights and where it's being shipped to. To see your shipping cost, simply create your order through our website with your shipping address, then you will be able to see the shipping cost before you submit for your order.
I can't find my package, what should I do?
This can be frustrated when you can't find your package that are marked as delivered. Often time, delivery drivers make mistakes. I'd suggest to look around and check your neighbors and confirming that you entered the correct shipping address. If you still can't locate your package then please reach out to us and file a claim at USPS here

I want custom color or shape, is it possible?
Absolutely, please reach out us here to inquire your special order with custom colors or shapes.
I want more than one color, how many colors can you print on a product?
Currently, we offer products with up to 8 colors in one print.
Are your products eco friendly?
No, 3D printing doesn't necessarily reduce eco-friendliness but can help reduce waste by minimizing excess inventory and materials.
Can I replace parts of the product?
We do not offer any replacement on any products at this time.
